For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Player" or "User" refers to any individual who has registered an account on the 66win3 platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered profile created by a Player upon successful completion of the registration process.
• "Balance" refers to the total funds held in a Player's 66win3 account, including both real-money funds and any applicable bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bets, or incentive amounts credited to a Player's account by 66win3.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the minimum total bet amount a Player must place before bonus funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Game Round" refers to a single completed cycle of any game offered on the 66win3 platform, from the opening of betting to the declaration of the result.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" refers to any country, territory, or region from which access to and use of the 66win3 platform is restricted or prohibited by applicable law.

To register and maintain an account on 66win3, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a mandatory requirement under Philippine law governing casino-style gaming activities. 66win3 strictly enforces this age restriction and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, partnerships, and other legal entities are not permitted to hold Player accounts.

• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of 66win3, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the 66win3 platform for any reason.

66win3 reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or close your account if you are found to be ineligible. Any funds in an ineligible account may be withheld pending investigation.

By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate and that you meet all eligibility requirements set out above.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 66win3 account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password and update it regularly.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Notify 66win3 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

66win3 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have notified us of a security breach in a timely manner.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one active account on the 66win3 platform. The creation of multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

All financial transactions on the 66win3 platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Supported Payment Methods: 66win3 currently supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at 66win3's discretion.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱50 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
• Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawals are only available to Players who have completed the required identity verification process. 66win3 may request government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

• Currency Conversion: All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso. Any currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider are your sole responsibility.
• Anti-Money Laundering: 66win3 complies with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. 66win3 reserves the right to request additional documentation to satisfy AML compliance obligations.

66win3 reserves the right to delay, suspend, or reverse any transaction that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, in violation of these Terms, or otherwise irregular.

66win3 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to Players from time to time. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds. Real-money funds are used first in all game rounds unless the Player's account holds only bonus funds.
• Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment use only. Any attempt to exploit bonus offers through systematic play, arbitrage, or coordinated activity with other Players will result in the cancellation of the bonus and may result in account suspension.
• 66win3 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any unclaimed or unused bonus funds will be forfeited upon expiry.

All games available on the 66win3 platform — including Color Prediction, Wheel, Jackpot, Cocktail Nights, Go Rush, Circus Delight, and Lucky Dice — operate using a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). The following rules apply to all gameplay:

• Game results are final once a round has been completed and the outcome declared. 66win3 does not reverse game results except in cases of verified technical malfunction.
• In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the integrity of a game round, 66win3 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund all bets placed during that round.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 66win3 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any Player who discovers a bug must report it to 66win3 immediately and must not exploit it.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any point during the use of the platform.
• Accessing the platform from a prohibited jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or other circumvention technology.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior toward 66win3 staff or other Players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the 66win3 platform or its underlying technology.

All content on the 66win3 platform, including but not limited to game designs, graphics, logos, text, software, and user interface elements, is the exclusive intellectual property of 66win3 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the platform without prior written consent from 66win3.
• Use the 66win3 name, logo, or branding in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without express written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 66win3 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical malfunction, connectivity issues, or force majeure events.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Any decision made by you in reliance on information provided on the platform.
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any of its services.

66win3's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

66win3 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent, collusive, or otherwise dishonest activity.
• Failure to satisfy identity verification or age verification requirements.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Player.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.
• Extended period of account inactivity, as defined in the platform's inactivity policy.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds and pending investigation of any suspected violations) will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method, subject to verification requirements.

Players may also close their own account at any time by contacting the 66win3 support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

66win3 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered Players via the email address associated with their account and/or through a prominent notice on the platform.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, Players are encouraged to contact the 66win3 support team to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. 66win3 will make reasonable efforts to resolve complaints within fifteen (15) business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may pursue resolution through the appropriate Philippine regulatory or judicial channels.
